Youth ministry is an important and growing part of St Albert Parish. Our youth ministry program holds monthly events for young children and for Junior/Senior High youth. We also support events hosted by other parishes in our community and on an Archdiocesan level. St Albert Parish joins forces with other parishes in our North Deanery to bring social justice-focused events to our youth, including an annual Development & Peace ThinkFAST and a Wake-a-thon!

Junior/Senior High

youth-ministry1Our Youth Ministry program is centered on social events and retreats, where youth not only have the opportunity to have fun and make new friends, but will also reflect on their spiritual lives/formation. There is a horseback retreat every fall and a ski trip in the winter; both retreats are hosted at the Oblate retreat house in Canmore. These retreats are highlights of our year in youth ministry, and registration always fills up fast!!
